The Bradley Street dining precinct involved the redevelopment of the ground floor of a multi-story carpark into multiple restaurant and café tenancies. Working closely with mechanical contractor Airmaster, 3DS Group completed the documentation for the installation of new base building mechanical services and fitout drawings for each of the 6 tenancies.
The successful delivery of the project within the specified tight timeline was the result of a strong working partnership with all involved subcontractors.
